These days, digital lives are important. And as a future advertising professional, you should have one. Fill them with everything that interests you. Express yourself through them. Form a strong network with them.
But take a moment every once in a while to step away from it all. Unplug yourself. Grab a brush. A pen. An instrument. Sometimes, setting your pocket to "Airplane Mode" helps you fly a little higher.
And as soon as you start itching to plug back in, do it. Misery doesn't help you think.
News, work, thoughts and all that goodness is coming...
